Terms of use
1. General
These terms govern use of the Drogowskazy mobile app on Android and iOS and of this website. The publisher is NetCreator.
Using the app means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. The service
The app is free. There are no accounts, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. It shows one quote of the day from the Catholic tradition, with context and a question for reflection. It works offline. The interface and catalogue are in Polish or English.
Drogowskazy is not spiritual direction, confession, therapy, or a medical device. It does not replace a spiritual director or medical care.
3. Content
Quotes come from the sources named in the app and on the Sources page. Editorial selection and notes (context, reflection) belong to the publisher, except where copyright in the source text itself provides otherwise.
You may not copy the quote catalogue to build a competing app without the publisher’s consent. Sharing a single day’s quote from the app, with its source, is allowed.
4. Your obligations
You must use the app lawfully and as intended. You may not circumvent store protections, distribute a modified copy as the official Drogowskazy app, or use the name and mark in a misleading way.
5. Liability
The app is provided as is. The publisher takes care to verify quotes but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device (especially reminders, which depend on system settings).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damage arising from use or inability to use the app, including decisions made on the basis of a displayed text.
6. Complaints
Comments and complaints about the app go to [email protected]. Include the system, app version, and a description. We review reports at no charge because the service is free.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are decided by the courts with jurisdiction under the general rules, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated with a new app version. The current text is always on this page. Continued use of the app after changes are published means you accept them.
