Drogowskazy has no user accounts. Support is by email.

Write to NetCreator:

Please include the system (Android or iOS), the app version (Settings → Version), and a short description. We usually reply within a few working days.

The daily reminder does not arrive

In the app, open Settings and turn on “Daily guide”.
When the system asks for notifications — allow them.
If you previously denied them: go back to Settings in the app, tap “Open settings”, then enable notifications for Drogowskazy in the system.
On Android, after a reboot the reminder should reschedule itself. If it does not, open the app once.
On iOS the app schedules reminders ahead of time. Open it now and then, especially after a time-zone or clock change.

How to change the language

The app starts in the phone language if that is Polish or English. Any other system language falls back to Polish. To force Polish or English:

Android 13+: System Settings → Apps → Drogowskazy → Language.
iPhone: Settings → Drogowskazy → Language.
In the app: Settings → Language → Open system settings.

A different quote than someone else

The quote depends on the date on the device, the catalogue version, and the language. The same app version, language, and day give the same text.

The app does not need the internet

That is by design. The quote catalogue is bundled. No network is not a fault.

Deleting data

We do not store your data on a server. Uninstalling the app removes local settings from the device.
